1.2 As all of our Products are custom-made, we require specific details for each order. Please ensure that all custom requests are clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

2. Orders and Payment

2.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price at the time of your order will be honored.

3. Shipping and Delivery

4.2 If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need to provide clear photos of the damage or defect, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
4.3 Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Once the order is confirmed, production will begin, and cancellations are no longer possible.
